The EPOS ADAPT devices have been developed for both professional working environments and for use in the home. The unique ergonomic shape of the EPOS ADAPT E1 is the result of thousands of ear scans and provides a secure and comfortable fit for all-day wearing comfort. The minimal formal treatment makes the devices look modern and less technical. The earbuds themselves are differentiated from existing solutions by their EPOS-specific signature line gesture, which guides the user towards the tactile button area.

The charging case for the earbuds also includes the USB-C dongle for easy compatibility, whether at home, in the office or anywhere in between.

HYPERX CLOUD III en

HYPERX CLOUD III SERIES

The HyperX Cloud III series is the next evolution of the legendary Cloud II gaming headset. Working closely with the HyperX development team, we’ve taken the signature design elements to a whole new level without disregarding the heritage of the established HyperX design language. We created a modern and significantly more premium look while improving the comfort of the headphones. We have therefore profoundly and structurally changed the product architecture beyond the surface. The metal fork now nestles elegantly against the ear cups thanks to an advanced bending process. These follow the dynamic basic shape that we first introduced in the Stinger series. The inner ear cup volume is now utilized more efficiently, allowing more freedom for the user’s ears, eliminating uncomfortable pressure points and reducing heat. To further improve the UX, a status LED has been integrated on the microphone and the controls have been moved directly to the ear cup for quicker access.

The aim of this design study was to explore our understanding of contemporary, functional and valuable design in the field of physical and digital design solutions for laboratory equipment. The major events of recent years have brought the laboratory sector into the public spotlight. Modern laboratories are developing some of the most important technologies and processes of the future and are competing for the best talent. As with the office environments before, we see an upgrading of the laboratory work areas as a consequence. Last but not least, the work and qualifications of the laboratory staff should be valued and reflected accordingly through the appropriate design of their tools. This concept study envisions a modern design approach for a product family with pipettes, a centrifuge and a PCR device as exemplary representatives, pushing the boundaries in terms of design quality & perceived value and deliberately breaking with conventions.

ADAM Audio is specialized in the development and production of high-precision audio technology for recording studios and musicians. With the H200, we designed the first complete in-house headphone development for ADAM Audio. The studio headphones are seamlessly linked to the high acoustic standards of ADAM Audio’s established product range and also create a sophisticated connection to the existing design language of ADAM studio loudspeakers on a design level, as the beveled design language of ADAM Audio products is reflected in a new interpretation on the headband and ear cup elements. The design of the H200 is very discreet and timeless. We have made sure that all wearing parts such as pads and cables are replaceable. At just 250g, we were able to create an extremely lightweight circumaural headphone design. The construction has no visible screws and makes sensible use of the material properties of plastic and metal parts. This allowed us to synergistically harmonize comfort, value and precision. Whether in harsh studio environments or on the road, the replaceable components and robust construction ensure hygiene and a long service life.

The all-in-one modular system can range from simply the three phase inverter to a configuration with several 4kWh-battery units. A floor-standing base and wall brackets hidden behind the devices allow for individual arrangement and installation. The uncompromised design is about simplicity and visual modesty, allowing for seamless integration at home.

The headsets are ideal for contact centers, boasting industry-leading voice pickup, great comfort, and intuitive design for outstanding customer experience. They are carefully crafted to provide an unprecedented level of comfort and well-being for agents, with a lightweight design and soft memory foam earpads engineered for all-day wear. The ergonomic in-line controller is conveniently placed just below the headset. In combination with smart features that mute and unmute calls through intuitive gestures, this helps agents handle more calls with greater efficiency.

The new devices come in a hand-sanded wooden housing finished with high-quality lacquer. The laser-cut, one-piece aluminum front panel visually floats in front of the housing in an elegant way. It offers precise buttons and a rotary knob made out of metal. On the MEISTERSTÜCK (Gen.2) this front panel carries the new iconic signature pattern for the acoustic openings. The clean and minimal design language of the MAESTRO Quantum and the MEISTERSTÜCK (Gen.2) looks both modern and timeless.
